The seller then sends the customer an automatic order confirmation by e-mail, in which the order is listed and which can be printed out using the "Print" function. The order confirmation does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is only concluded when a separate e-mail with an order confirmation is sent or the goods are delivered.

Here the customer can also enter the quantity of the item to be purchased in the field to the left of the "Add to shopping cart" button.
As soon as the products have been placed in the shopping cart, the customer receives a message indicating which product they have just placed in the shopping cart. This notice also contains a link that takes the customer directly to the shopping cart. Alternatively, the customer can click on the shopping cart symbol at the top right of the online store to access the overview in the shopping cart. There, the products can be removed from the shopping cart or their quantity can be changed. If the customer wishes to remove an item from the shopping cart, they click on the "X" button in the shopping cart overview, which stands for remove, and the item is automatically deleted. Alternatively, the customer can enter the number "0" in the "Quantity" field and then click on the "Update" button to remove the item from the shopping cart.
By clicking on the "Checkout" button, the order process for the items in the shopping cart can be initiated immediately. After clicking the "Checkout" button, a page opens where you can either activate the customer data you have already entered or register as a new customer. However, it is also possible to order as a guest without creating a customer account.
As a new customer, you can enter your e-mail address and a personal password under "Create new customer account" to register as a customer. Then check the "Data protection" box and click on the "Create new customer account" button. Using the e-mail address and password entered during registration, orders can be placed in future without having to re-enter the address.

If registration has already taken place, the e-mail address and the corresponding password can be entered in the fields provided. Confirm under the "Log in" button.
After registering as a new customer or logging in as a customer, the customer can access their personal customer area "My account". From there, they can manage their orders and data or go back to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart symbol at the top right of the online store. If the customer clicks on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart, they are taken to the first page of the three-stage checkout ("1 Personal data"), where they can specify the shipping options or the billing and delivery address. As a newly registered customer and if an order is placed "as a guest" without a customer account, the address data must now be entered. As a registered customer who has already entered their shipping address (e.g. when making their first purchase) in the "My account" customer account, the address entered in the customer account is saved. It is possible to enter an alternative billing or delivery address at any time in the customer login via the "Change address" button.
After the billing and delivery address has been entered or checked, comments on the order can be made in the field of the same name at the bottom of the same page. Then click on the "Go to next step" button. The customer is taken to the second page of the three-step checkout ("2 Payment method"). The desired payment method can be selected here.
In the next step, click on the "Continue to step 3" button and the customer will be taken to the third page of the three-step checkout ("3 Confirm").This page provides a detailed overview of the billing details, the payment method and the billing or delivery address. The order can only be continued if the customer confirms that he has taken note of the right of withdrawal and accepts the validity of the General Terms and Conditions.

The shipping address, the billing details, the payment method, the delivery and billing address and the products in the shopping cart can be changed or corrected via the "Edit" text link.
